Observations: Licensing observed there were 19 children in care with three staff (ECE, ECEA, RA covering ECEA) in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program. Manager stated the ECEA ceased employment since January 2026 and they were covering the position with different substitutes. There were 10 children with three staff (ECE covering ITE, ECE, ECEA) in the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program. Manager stated the ITE staff ceased employment since November 2025 and they were covering the position with different substitutes. This did not meet the minimum requirements of Section 34 and Schedule E, and exceeds the 30 days since the employees ceased employment.
