3020 - CCLR 56(1)(d)
Description: A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: written policies and procedures that are intended to guide employees in the care and supervision of children

Observations: Licensing arrived at 1:08 p.m. and observed a child watching a show on the laptop until 1:55 p.m. The Licensee stated the child had an hour of screen time daily. This did not meet the requirement for DOLSOP to limit screen time to 30 minutes or less a day.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(a)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
