Description: Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

Observations: Licensing observed there were five children under the age of four years old: 1.1, 1,8, 2.7,2.7 and 3.7. This does not meet Schedule E where no more than four children under the age of four can be in care.
