3000 - SPS DOLSOP (Depth)
Description: Depth guidelines for loose fill material (if protective surfacing used) :
minimum 15 cm (6”) for 1.5 metre (5’) equipment height
minimum 30 cm (12”) for 2.3 metre (7’) equipment height
(Consider surfacing table, Triax, etc.)
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that the loose fill material is six inches in depth for equipment measuring five to seven feet in height.

Actions Required By Licensing: Follow Up Inspection to be conducted.
To Be Corrected By: February 8, 2023
Observations: Licensing observed the depth of the surfacing for equipment measuring five feet nine inches to be four inches. Six inches is required for this height of equipment. Licensee stated that a request had been made to have more wood chips added.
3020 - CCLR 56(1)(c)
Description: A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment]
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure current records are kept showing implementation of the monthly fire drill system.
