Description: A licensee must require all persons admitted to a community care facility to comply with the Province’s immunization and tuberculosis control programs.

Observations: This contravention was carried over from Routine Inspection dated March 15, 2023. On this date, Licensing observed one person in care that did not have record of immunization.
3070 - RCR 81(3)(b)
Description: A care plan must include all of the following: an oral health care plan

Observations: Licensing audited the care plans of persons in care. One person in care did not have an oral health care plan.
