Observations: Licensing observed five children under the age of 48 months. The children were 3.8 – 44 months;2.11 – 35 months;2.4 – 28 months;1.3 – 15 months and;1.3 15 months.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(a)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
Corrective Actions Required:
Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing reviewed two children's. One child's file had the medical insurance plan number. One child's had their immunization status.
Actions Required By Licensing: No further action required; this contravention has been addressed.
