Observations: Licensing observed there were a few holes on the chain-wire fence in the yard and the blackberry bushes behind the fence were not trimmed.

Description: A licensee must ensure that children are supervised at all times by a person who is an educator, an assistant or a responsible adult.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that children are supervised all all times by an educator.
