Description: Despite this section, a licensee may employ a person as a volunteer who does not provide care to children or supervise children if the licensee or the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: evidence that the person has complied with the Province’s immunization and tuberculosis control programs.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact

Description: A licensee must have in writing from a parent, and maintain at the community care facility, consent (b) to release a child to someone other than the parent.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure children's files are complete; including consent to release the child to someone other than the parent.

Observations: Licensing observed six children's files this date. One file was missing consent to release the child to someone other then the parent.
3080 - CCLR 10(1)
Description: Applicants for licences and licensees must notify a medical health officer immediately of any change in the information provided under section 9
Corrective Actions Required:
Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: On October 5, 2022 Licensing received a copy of the facility's fire inspection that was completed in March 2022. Licensee stated this date that she would notify Licensing a head of time of changes in information under Section 9 and Schedule B of the CCLR.
