Observations: Licensing observed Fire Extinguisher was due for servicing in October 2025.
3000 - CCLR 17
Description: A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing observed the loose handle on the see-saw in the outdoor play space and the screws protruding from the side of the equipment had been repaired, removed and the looped blind cords were in accessible to children.

Observations: Licensing observed inconsistent attendance records from October 2025 to February 2026. Children were often not signed out on the records.
3080 - CCALA 7(1)(b)(i)

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing reviewed the Corrective Action Plan accepted by Licensing on February 11, 2026. This Corrective Action Plan appears to being followed. Licensing will continue to monitor.
