Observations: Licensing tested the water temperature for eight person in care's bathroom sinks. Four of the person in care's bathroom sinks had a water temperature reading 51 to 52 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. The Licensee Contact stated that maintenance will inspect and submit a plan for repair, if necessary, to Licensing. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
