Description: Equipment is free of entanglement hazards in areas of uncontrolled motion. (Something around the child’s neck becomes caught on equipment)

Observations: Licensing used the entanglement device to test the fireman pole and net climber on the Group Child Care 30 Months to School Age) program and detected an entanglement in both areas were the join a bridging platform. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of children and must be corrected immediately. Full compliance will not be achieved until this is corrected. Manager stated the area will not be used by children until corrected.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(b)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (b) date of enrolment in the community care facility
