Observations: Licensing measured the water temperature in rooms of persons in care. The temperature in two rooms of persons in care measured 54.3 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate safety risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. The BRIO Manager contacted Maintenance on this date and has requested they check all bathrooms of persons in care to ensure hot water in all rooms is not higher than 49 degrees Celsius. Full compliance will not be achieved until this plan has been implemented and completed.
