Observations: Licensing observed that a new wooden composite climber with a slide measuring 3 feet in height had been added to the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) outdoor play area. The composite climber was positioned next to a wall and other equipment allowing for no clearance around the left side of the slide, and the climber.
3020 - CCLR 56(1)(c)
Description: A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment]

Observations: Licensing observed that a Corrective Action Plan to mitigate the risk of lead in water was not being followed. Specifically, the water flushes for April 11 to 17, 2024 had not been recorded. Manager stated the flushes had been conducted but not recorded, item was corrected at time of inspection.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(a)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
