Observations: Licensing observed a composite wooden playground equipment in the outdoor area for the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) programs. The climber contained loose climbing holds, the slide measured 110 cm, the woodchips were unevenly distributed, and there was no depth to form a sufficient surface to reduce risk of injury from falls.
