Observations: Licensing observed that the facility manger had no longer been employed by the Licensee in excess of thirty days. Licensing was notified by Licensee Contact that a change would be forthcoming but no amendment application has been received by Licensing to date.

Description: A licensee must ensure that children are supervised at all times by a person who is an educator, an assistant or a responsible adult.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing observed children napping and children engaged in quiet activities. All children were directly supervised. Staff stated that the nap time routine had been altered to ensure that children sleeping and children not sleeping were all under direct supervision of staff.
