Observations: Licensing observed cleaning solutions accessible to children in care under a sink that was kept unlocked in both Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) programs. Cleaning solutions were also observed on surfaces accessible to children in care.

Observations: This item is carried over from Routine inspection dated January 12, 2022. On December 2, 2022 Licensing audited 10 children's files, two files were missing emergency contact information, four files were missing telephone number of emergency contacts and one file was missing name and telephone number of medical practitioner.
