Observations: Licensing observed the exemption for Section 14(3) of the CCLR had expired in January 2025. The exemption was to allow children to access the toilets and washbasins located on the other side of the building from outside, from 7:45 am to 9:00 am and from 2:30 pm to 3:15 pm Monday to Friday until January 1, 2025 when access by way of the gym is not available.
