Observations: Licensing toured the facility and audited six person in care bedrooms. On the third floor medicated cream was found in one person in care bathroom. On the second floor a medicated cream and ointment was found in three person in care bathroom.
3010 - RCR 68(4)
Description: A licensee must ensure that all employees comply with the policies and procedures of the medication safety and advisory committee.
