Observations: Licensing reviewed five staff files, one staff member was missing character reference letter of recommendation.

Corrective Actions Required: Ensure employee's practice implementing fire drill system at least once each month and record the date, time, number of children and staff signature at the time the fire drill was performed.

Observations: Licensing observed fire drill system was practiced once every month. However was not recorded from November 2022-May 2023. The current fire drill practiced was recorded on June 9, 2023.
