Observations: Licensing observed seven children under the age of three in a Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program with one ITE. There was no second staff at the facility when Licensing arrived at the facility. At 10:00 a.m. a second educator arrived. A second educator (ECE) is required in Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) for seven children as per Schedule E of the Child Care Licensing Regulation.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact
