Observations: Licensing toured the facility and observed a hole in the closet in the bedroom of a person in care.
3010 - RCR 68(4)
Description: A licensee must ensure that all employees comply with the policies and procedures of the medication safety and advisory committee.

Observations: Licensing audited two person in care's medication administration record. One person in care had medication administered that was not signed or coded for on multiple dates in May 2023. One person in care had PRN medication administered on multiple dates and the results of the PRN medication was not recorded.

Description: Subject to subsection (5), a licensee, other than a licensee who provides a type of care described as Hospice, must ensure that each person in care is weighed at least once each month,

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing audited the charts of two person's in care and both charts had records of weights being taken.

Description: A licensee, other than a licensee who provides a type of care described as Child and Youth Residential or Community Living, must display in a prominent place in the community care facility both the licence, including any terms or conditions of the licence, and the name of the manager
