Observations: Licensing audited seven water sources accessible to persons in care and found five out of seven were above 49 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. Assistant care manager stated that she would send an email to maintenance immediately. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
