Observations: Licensing observed there was five children under the age of 48 months. The permitted ratio to employees to children in Schedule E for Family Child Care is 7 children, having no more than 4 children younger than 48 months old and, of those 4, no more than 2 children younger than 24 months old.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact
