Observations: Licensing measured water in the bathroom, one sink in the girls washroom measured 51.2 degrees Celsius. degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. Manager stated the one sink would be not for use until fixed. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
