Observations: Licensing used entanglement tool and detected an entanglement hazard on a the right hand side of a slide measuring five feet in height. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care and must be corrected immediately. ECE stated the slide would not be in use until entanglement hazards is mitigated.
