Observations: Licensing tested the water temperature for two persons in care's bathroom sinks, and kitchen sink. All sinks had a water temperature above 49 degree Celsius (52, 52, and 51 degree Celsius). This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be correctly immediately. The Manager adjusted the boiler thermostat the day of the inspection and stated the water temperature would be checked daily and the boiler thermostat would be adjust accordingly. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
