Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing observed water bottles were stored in two bins so that children could access their own bottle without touching other bottles. Manager stated that handwashing had been added to the daily schedule and signs were posted rooms to remind staff to support handwashing before and after eating. All children were now washing hands.

Description: The licensee must record compliance with the care plan of a child requiring extra support in respect of each of the following that are applicable to the child: any medication administered to the child by the licensee, including the amount and the time at which the medication was administered

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Manager stated that parents were required to fill out a medication form for all medications. This form includes a chart for staff to indicate when and what dosage was given and all instructions and is stored with the medication to ensure staff remember to fill it in each time medication is administered. Manager reviewed the form with all staff.
