Observations: Licensing observed that the paint on the whole swing set frame was chipping and rusty, which was accessible to children in care.
3000 - CCLR 47

Observations: Licensing measured the water temperature in two washrooms to be 54 degrees Celsius. This item represents an immediate risk to health and safety and must be corrected immediately. Manager shut the hot water off this date. Licensing remeasured the temperature, which was 19 degrees Celsius.
