Observations: Licensing observed two irrigation pipes that were accessible to the children in the Group Child (Under 36 Months) program. One measured 8.75 inches and one measured 7 inches. Licensing observed one area in the bathroom where there was exposed drywall in the nail holes the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program.

Description: Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.
