Observations: Licensing observed that the fire extinguishers were due for service on September 13, 2024. Licensee Contact stated that the facility had booked a fire inspection.
3070 - CCLR 57(3)(b)
Description: A licensee must have in writing from a parent, and maintain at the community care facility, consent (b) to release a child to someone other than the parent.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure a record is kept of each child that contains written permission to release the child to someone other than the parent.
