Description: A 1.8 metre (6 feet) clearance around equipment is considered safest

Observations: Licensing observed that a water table had been place two feet away from a slide. Item corrected at time of inspection.
3060 - CCLR 14(4)(a)
Description: A licensee, other than a licensee who provides a care program described as either Preschool (30 months to School Age) or Group Child Care (School Age), must have in a community care facility a sturdy surface for changing diapers, located outside the food preparation area, next to a covered container for soiled clothing
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure the diaper change area is away from food preparation areas.

Observations: Licensing observed two children being changed in the kitchen area, same location used for food preparation, storage of lunch boxes and drinking water bottles.

Observations: Licensing observed that a log of inspections practiced had not been kept since October 17, 2024 for the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program. ECE stated they were conducted and not recorded.
