Action/s Required by Licensing: On April 24, 2026, Manager submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: All staff would read and sign the Staff Confidentiality Policy, which stated they would need manager approval to access registration files and would not remove documents from the daycare office. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Observations: Regarding intake March 30, 2026. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that a file of a child no longer in care was not kept on site. Manager stated that they were unable to locate the file.
