Observations: Licensing audited the April 2022 Medication Administration Record for two persons in care. One person in care had medications that were administered but not signed for on April 10 and 17, 2022 for 8:00am. One person in care had medications administered but not signed for on April 8, 2022 at 11:00am and 12:00pm and on April 15, 2022 at 9:00pm.
