Observations: Licensing observed a bouncy castle in the designated outdoor play area that was being using for children's in care. Licensing reviewed the manufacturers instructions that stated the bouncy castle was to be used for children 5 to 10 years of age. The ages of the children in care ranged from 1.9 months. to 4.9 months.
