Observations: Licensing observed that the staff records upon request could not be retrieved within a reasonable time. The staff records (CRC's, resume's and references) were kept in a shared drive that Licensing did not have access to on site. The staff called the Licensee for the records and after time, the Licensee emailed the shared drive of records to Licensing. Licensing could not access internet and email during the inspection. The other half of the staff records (immunization status and certificates) are kept onsite. Licensing will come for further follow-up to correct areas of non-compliance of staff records.
