Observations: Licensing observed that a healthy and safe environment is not provided at all times due to the facility's fire extinguisher not being serviced in the last year. The last date of servicing was January 2024.
3000 - CCLR 16(4)(b)
Description: A licensee must ensure that all indoor and outdoor play materials and equipment accessible to children are safely constructed, free from hazards and in good repair.
