Description: A licensee must ensure that all indoor and outdoor play materials and equipment accessible to children are safely constructed, free from hazards and in good repair.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing observed two metal dump trucks, one with a broken side with sharp edges and both with rust and chipping paint and broken wooden pieces of equipment with exposed, protruding screws had been removed from the outdoor play space.
