Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing toured the facility on this date. Licensing observed the common areas and rooms to be in a good state of repair. Licensing observed a daily checklist that housekeeping did regarding visually assessing rooms for repair. The Support Services Manager stated that there was a work order put in for anything seen by housekeeping during their visual assessment.
