Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that the food and drink given to children is sufficient in quantity and quality to meet the developmental needs of the child having regard to the child's age. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On March 23, 2026, Licensee Contact submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: staff would bring water for each child outside every day of the year and snacks were added to the outdoor bag in case of emergency should a child be hungry during outdoor play. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Observations: Regarding intake dated November 21, 2025. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that snacks and water were not taken offsite on a regular basis and there was no opportunity for children to have food or water on a regular basis between the time snack ended and lunch time.
