Corrective Actions Required: Ensure cleaning agents, chemical products and other hazardous materials were secured, safe, and stored in an adequate storage areas.

Observations: Licensing observed the door and cabinets unlocked where chemical products and other hazardous materials were accessible to persons in care.
3070 - RCR 78(1)(a)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each person in care, a record showing the following information: name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure immunization records were kept for each persons in care.
