Observations: Licensing observed the gate that fully encloses the approved outdoor play space had warped significantly, and as a result the gate was unable to close. The open gate created a hazard to children's health and safety with the potential of exiting the approved outdoor play space. Licensee stated the outdoor play space will not be utilized until such time as the gate can be replaced and that daily outdoor play requirements would be met by offsite walks and park visits.
