Corrective Actions Required: Ensure the facility upholds its own stated policies designed to promote the health, safety, and dignity of children in care. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On December 10, 2025, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: staff completing a comprehensive policy review by January 5, 2026, along with required training within the next 30 days on programming expectations, occupational health and safety, and cultural diversity and inclusion. Staff will also ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants by providing engaged and active supervision, using approved behaviour guidance techniques, and documenting and reporting incidents in alignment with policy. Licensee will continue to monitor this location and work closely with the Manager to reinforce the importance of guiding staff and maintaining accurate ratio accountability. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Observations: Regarding intake November 19, 2025. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the facility did not uphold its own stated policies designed to promote the health, safety, and dignity of children in care.

Description: A licensee must ensure that children are adequately supervised by qualified employees in sufficient numbers to meet the needs of each child.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that children are being adequately supervised by qualified employees in sufficient numbers to meet their needs of the Licensee. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On December 15, 2025, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing.
