Observations: Licensing audited the Medication Administration Records for person's in care. On October 6, 2023, one person in cares 2100hrs medications were not signed or coded for by staff. On October 11, 2023, one person in cares 1200/1630/2000hrs medications were not signed or coded for by staff. On October 12, 2023, two person's in care 2000hrs medications were not signed or coded for by staff.
