Observations: Licensing audited the Medication Administration Record of two person's in care. One person in care did not have an evening medication signed for on October 30, 2022. One person in care did not have a evening medication signed for on October 20, 25, and 26, 2022. Both person in care Medication Administration Record were missing a record of reason and result for the administration of PRN medication for multiple days in October, 2022.
