Observations: Fire drills had not been recorded for November and December 2021 and an emergency drill had not been recorded. Manager stated they had been conducted but had not yet been recorded.

Observations: Water flushes had not been recorded since October 25, 2021. The corrective action plan submitted indicated water flushes would be recorded each time.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(a)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
