Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing audited two person in care's medications. Two persons in care who required monthly narcotic counts as per the policy, had counts recorded for March, April, May and June 2022. Licensing observed two persons in care's PRN cards that were signed or coded for on the back of the card, as per the medication policy.
