Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that a parent or emergency contact was not notified by licensee within 24 hours after a child was involved in, or may have been involved in, a reportable incident. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On July 29, 2025, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included that a parent or emergency contact would be notified by licensee immediately after a child was involved in, or may have been involved in, a reportable incident. Licensee's policy was updated to reflect an immediate response by staff. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
