Observations: Licensing observed no fire drill had been conducted in April and July 2024.

Observations: Licensing observed the last emergency drill was conducted in May 2023.
3030 - DOLSOP (No Screen Time Under 2 years)
Description: No screen time offered to children under 2 years of age
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure no screen time offered to children under 2 years.

Observations: While on site the Licensee stated a child under two watches 30 minutes of screen time during rest time. Plan going forward is no screen time when any child under 24 months is present.
