Observations: Licensing audited the hot water temperature form three sources accessible to persons in care and two of the readings were more than 49° Celsius, with an average reading of 52° Degrees Celsius. This represent an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. A plan for corrective action is to be submitted to Licensing by December 4, 2025. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
