Observations: Licensing audited water temperatures in 18 rooms of persons in care, and 8 were over 49 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. Maintenance stated that they have turned down the temperatures and would continue to re-test. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.

Observations: Licensing toured the facility and observed that multiple doorways had significant damage at the doorway base. Additionally, all cottages had cupboard doors missing in the kitchen area, visible from common areas. Maintenance stated that the cupboards were to be replaced but they did not have an anticipated date of completion.
